The Westchester County Board of Legislators unanimously approved three measures to improve infrastructure across the County at its meeting on Monday, September 28, 2026. The legislation provides more than $6 million for flood control in Yonkers and Complete Streets projects in four villages, while authorizing agreements with more than 20 municipalities for no-cost upkeep of Bee-Line bus shelters.
